Our mission
To develop a eco-friendly print solution as part of Pepper's and Connexions ever increasing environmental corporate responsibility. This is becoming especially prevalent for government-funded organisations.
Our solution
We advised Connexions on what we are doing as part of our EMS and our environmental procedures, as well as the printed products themselves. We also advised and ran print trials on the use of recycled papers and vegetable-based inks.
Pepper have helped Connexions Devon and Cornwall to succesfully switch all of their printed stationery, information and marketing publications to recycled stocks, printed with vegetable and soya inks. This is a great move for Connexions, meeting their own environmental objectives and making their stakeholders aware of the move to greener print procurement. They have also found that to source print this way does not compromise on quality or have to cost the earth!
