Tips of the Trade - Creating a PDF from InDesign

It can be frustrating and confusing when you are dealing with the best settings to export your artwork to PDF. Here are our useful tips for Adobe InDesign to ensure you get the best results from your print.

If making a PDF from InDesign:

FILE>EXPORT>Adobe PDF (Print),
Select PDF destination and name file accordingly.
PDF Preset: Press Quality
Standard: PDF-X 1a: 2003
Tick Crop Marks and Offset to 3mm
Bleed 3mm.
